Help my q10 does not let me download music instread it plays tried a different browser does not work any help please?

Had my blackberry q 10 8 weeks now never froze on me power lasts ages no problem at all I think some people who are in this forum don't really have this fone and it's nothing like 9900 I had that fone and it was crap, q10 I like it so I'm going to upgrade my second fone this week to 4g contract on vodafone this fone is really well made, and the power last me a full day easy and I made 6 hours of calls yesterday 1 hour of you tube. A few emails and power still 50 percent. My brother has ifone he likes it but his fone 1 hour of heavy usage and power empty,

How long Does the Battery last if use texting in bbm and Whats app Heavily and if i USE the Email Service like 30 to 40 Received to sent Mails and Watch some Short Clips on Phone.

The blackberry Q10 is a nice phone it does freeze like the blackberry 9900 and all the other before the afore mentioned. The only problem are facing is that every time I downland something e.g like a song o Maybe a video it doesn't bring the option where you save it like the previous model(9900 and below)??
Battery lasts long on minimum o maximum daily usage on 3G.am expressed for days

Two days in hand already, features wise nothing exciting, I would rather call it a just a phone with some basic features. Guys if you expect more features or need to play with phone whole day, this may not be the option, the apps are very limited. Again it's just a advanced basic phone.

Like apple Blackberry must react very Quickly to problems that will arise from there latest OS10 operating system in sending New Software Updates Asap, any Delay sends negative signal to consumers.

Blackberry must listen to the comments and suggestions from there customers around the globe and always improve there bb 10 os by releasing software updates from time to time until OS10 got fine tune. Applications found in App store must be the same anywhere.

Problem is arranging text messages and sending to contacts in a group. Is it possible to have contacts in a group and send same messages to all at the same time.
Phone was frozen when I tried importing contacts from SIM to phone. Had to restart it. The hub is fine and accessing functions is cool but BB should have done better than this for this high end phone.

you played with it for one day, lots of experience you are bringing to the table in your comment. the thing about the q10 is, it caters to different markets. some dont like full touchscreen and want their buttons, that is the crowd the q10 is for. also , battery life is amazing on q10 compared to s4. you can get 2 days heavy usage from q10. try that with s4.

I been trying to download any video from internet but it only play the video and don't have a menu to choose either to save or open like my 9700 and 9900. can somebody help me? or maybe the Q10 dont have that features like the older version? If so I am dissappointed.

You don't need data plan BIS for your Q10. Only normal data plan. Please contact your mail administrator for setting and permisions.
You must ask for
mail server , domain and etc .
