BLACKBERRY after the software release 10.1.0.4181, i have noticed that the Q10 browser became very slow compared to before the release of the said software. Second i have noticed that when Q10 phone Sleep after how many hours of not being use, when you swipe the screen and go directly to app store , the app store will not open rightaway instead it will keep on loading , the same also with most of the Applications until you decided to reboot or reset the phone thats the time it will function, for me its not right thing its time cosuming , what if you're in a hurry?, take note also when Sending a Message, there are times that the message will not send immediately it takes 2 or 3 minutes and sometime sending failed. (I have experinced this problems in my more than 3months of Q10 use , other than that this phone is good, hoping this will be corrected in 10.2 software release. Thank You.....

after using some other BB models (bb9900 bold was the last one and I was actually really satisfied and now I'm not even sure why I've changed it?) last month I'm with bb Q10 and still not get used on it.. but not so important-hopfully, I will, if I solve next problem: in my call log, both for incoming/outgoing/missed calls, the number wich I talked to is put under some other name from contacts! even if it is not the number from my contact list - the phone just automatically draws some name from my contacts and after few minitues, when I come back to check the calls, it comes that I've just finished phonecall with a person that acctually I haven't been talking for ages! or some new number that I'just finished talking, the phone automatically puts to some person from contacts... complete mass! I've tried to restart-not helping, is anybody had such a problem? please, please help cause this is so anoying!

Please anyone who've used this phone for a while help me my twitter is not refreshing tweets at all and i ended up trying to delete it but still i cant see the option to delete ...this phone is nice but still complicated and i wish i didnt upgrade because Bold 9900 is still a better phone in all aspect including pricewise.

After using the q10 for around 3 weeks now, i find although the OS is very similar to android, ios, the "gesture's" (for example to go back "swipe up the screen") can affect gaming, typing, or just scrolling through web pages. everytime i scrolled up to view the bottom of a page i would be sent back to the home page as the phone though i was doing the gestures

What else do i have to set on because this phone is not connecting to my laptop in any other way except blutooth.I installed the blackberry link and now i can connect my usb cabble but it never shows up on my computer screen. Please help as i want to transfare my music and pictures from my laptop quick because blutooth take long.

Anonymous, 12 Aug 2013I've just brought my Q10 and love it however, when I am cha... moreMy Bold 9900 does the same thing (gets warm when charging/downloading), this seems to be a normal thing, think of all the circuitry inside the device as your central heating system - when its in use ill warm the place up, it it becomes too hot to handle then you have a problem :)

I've just brought my Q10 and love it however, when I am charging or downloading, the phone is really warm! Is this normal for the Q10? Please help.
