The device is blessed with sleek n smooth look with touch n type feature.Although the price is bit on a higher side, still a winner compared with other devices in the same range

its user friendly. nothing bad about this phone.

Have been using for about 3 months and nothing to complain about it.
-first, reasonable price, good build
-second, OS 10 really rocks
-third, superb design, look "business" than bare touch screen phones, can deal very with mails even facebooks
-finally, it's blackberry!
minus:
- BB apps are boring and ineffective
- some android apps could be loaded and run on BB10 Platform but it not really runs here. causes delay in opening stage, this is frustrated.

Sazidur, 17 Aug 2014If possible to use Normal data plan as like android,windows... moredoesn't need any contract or BIS. you can use normal internet plans 2g 3g to make this work, can set up emails and any other accounts just the way you do not any other smart phone, must have phone for every user.

Dear Blackberry,
Where have you been all these days. Very very lovable Q5. Super design, sleek body, Good battery backup, Doesn't need BIS to setup email accounts or facebook or whatsapp.
very easy to use just like any other Android or windows phone.
If there is anything specific it would elaborated discussion. Everything is perfect in this phone, MOST OF ALL it doesn't need BIS.
Lover you blackberry Q5.
there has been a price drop huge price drop and everyone who has a budget of 15000 can go for this phone undoubtedly.
For those who do not like qwerty this is for you as well. has wonderful touch screen and super qwerty as well.

It's sad n frustrating hering pple compare BlackBerry os7 to bb10.plz pple who havnt used diz new os shld stop complainin.how can u compare 2gig ram with mere 512ram,d speed is super n no lagin,plus with d new update will b able to download andriod apps,so plz Watz wrong here,if u havnt used it try one plz n u wil never regret I promise,txtin wif Q5..... cheers
