Garf, 19 Dec 2010u got ur blackberry in Malaysia?is it ap warranty or telcom... moreGarf.. thank for advice.. just sent my 9520 to agent and they send it to Brighstar HQ .. and i have to wait at least 3 weeks to get back my storm! and now i know to fixs my storm after reads some forum dan watch somes video on youtube.. it failed after batt. k.o during update my version.. i was panic even i`ve already got experience update 8320,8520 and Bold 9000 before.. now i suffering without BB on my hand :( .. the problem is..too late.. i hope i can handle my addicted on my beloving storm during this term ..

My advice take ur device and bring it to one of ur friends tht is knowledgeable in blackberry

Guys help me. My applications storage space keeps on decreasing even when am not adding other apps. How can I increase this space? The stored apps don't add up to 256 MB but the remaining space is less than40Mb.

Hi I have brought my Black berry 9520 stom 2 from MAlaysia. soon after 01 month I have faced problem related to its soft ware. Now I have given that for service under warranty but have no progress on my hand set since last 25 days. I am very worried and want to take up this issue with customer care
Kindly suggest How and when can I get my hand set repaired

I'm not impressed with the batt. life at all to say the least.
Heaven knows what a business man or lady will do with this phone if they using it the whole day.
