I bought the bb storm 2 today and so far it's the best phone iv ever had. It's incredibly fast and I love the touch screen. I can text very fast and with few mistakes. This is an amazing phone and I definitly would recomend it to everyone.

i had an iphone 9 months ago to present, and the first week has been hard for me texting, but now i am faster texting than ive ever been on any mobile phone ive used before.LOL!
storm 2 is very responsive, ive been watching videos and ive been in stores almost everyday trying the demos for weeks now, because i want a sure actual experience before buying it, not just a day of using, but weeks. and this phone is very responsive, the rotating screen and clicking, browsing is faster than i thought, even faster than my iphone, it never lags.
its a better phone definety in the previous storm, and its definety better than many phones ive seen, thats why im buying storm2 soon. its a great improvement and a phone to watch.

i think the storm 2 is a business phone for proffesionals and its great thats why all the high ranked people in the world trust and use blackberrys its going to be a hott phone a world wide seller

I had this on trial today absolutely dreadful.
It represents what storm 1 should have been and failed to be. This handset is laggy, the screen, though fitting better, is still poor to use. There are more features missing than you would believe and the deals on offer are the final killer.
Nearly every other phone does more, cheaper, but this is the key - MUCH BETTER.

I used the Storm 2 today in my local Vodafone store and I have to say that I'm still not convinced with the Surepress screen.It does feel better than the first Storm though.
The new OS 5 is a lot quicker and responsive than 4.7.
I think I will wait for the new Bold 9700 which should be available in mid November.

Had this phone in my hand on Saturday - dont like it at all - it is not intuitive - I have always used a Qwerty phone - recently I tried the IPhone again and its keypad was acceptable so my mind opened up to the possibility of using a touch screen.
Having made the journey - this phone wasnt for me - and still the search goes on for the perfect phone - slim, qwerty, good email/fax/ phone, office and media apps, good screen and good design - not too much to ask is it?
I think I am going mad - all the manufacturers are heading down the facebook line - arrrgghhhhhhh

AK47 is right.Vodafone have only got the exclusive on the Storm 2 for a few weeks and then it will be available on other networks.

Research In Motion have taken away the exclusive on the Storm 2 on Vodafone because they are going to sell the Iphone 3gs from January. RIM are concerned that the Iphone 3gs will out sell the Storm 2 so they will offer the Storm 2 to other networks.
