Blackberry is generaly a badly made phone. They All give problems. I have a Nokia E7 and BB 9530II and two things I'll give credit to this model of BB is the touch screen. It's far better than a true touch. True touch phones are annoying. Scrolling & controlling on them is frustrating. With the 9530 you eliminate that. Also it doesn't have those annoying little buttons. Flip the phones side ways and you have reasonably sized buttons on the screen that are also not prone to the annoyance of true touch phones. If BB doesn't have another phone to replace the 9530 with respect to the touch screen aspect, I won't get another BB....I hate my E7 touch screen, going to replace it with a non-touch phone.

Reading your opinions, and paying attention to the feelings of a few, but the truth about this phone is that is good... all blackberry phones are good, and excellent in comparison of playing with an iphone the iphone wins, but in properly of security and work the blackberry wins and this phone in particular has a few good things... if you wanna play or has money buy an iphone but... Sony and Samsung has a few good things too so if you have money buy a Sony... believe me the other phones now are better than the iphone...

I have this phone and I cant find out how to set a signature (for SMS) I looked through the booklets and searched the web and even verizon wasnt helpful! So I am hoping some one on here can help! Thanks so much!

this phone sucks.my advice is dont buy it.it freezes all the time nd tch screen doesnt work properly.this mob is not user friendly.it il only get u embarresed in front of public...

its working superb and it's video clarity is superb.camera quality is excellent all over worth buying this phone.don't tolerate those guyz comments who put before badly about this phone.it's good mobile.i'm using it for 2yrs

This phone is the worst phone I've ever had, espically since I'm so accustomed to the very user friendly Nokia phones, I'm jus gonna get rid of this and go back to my Nokias

not a good phone i guess... the thought of me having the touch n click type phone used to be "cute" but as the phone is getting older its problems are showing and getting worse. not even worth repairing.
