i think this is a waste of time cos every one now can clearly see the phoniness in this good 4 nothing phone that comes with a high price,i got this product some month ago and i've change the screen twice,all the good stuff about the phone is crap

The worst thing I could ever have done I wonder if blackberry know they put their name on such a bad product. Endless problems that don't seem to get solved. Wats next if this phone is so bad.

I regret to have this BB storm ,Tata Docomo, my service provider is not entertaining its services fully.Then what`s the use of this product.I purchased from NapTol it was 2nd hand delivered and after complaining they refused to take back,So beware of this purchase specially from NAPTOL. Many functions like,email setup, GPS,photopicture backup and dictionary are not working.My hard urned money went in vain.

The ussd codes are not working on my phone, i get the error: invalid number. Tt as if i was making a call.

poor touch screen working and design.
just freezes and refuses to respond when punched in. the wierd
function has got worse by the day. i hv used this for less than a
year.
blackberry needs to remove such products and bring in reliabilty and trust
that the competitors hv instilled in thier products.
i wonder if i should replace this or get it repaired or just dump blackberry.

I had very bitter experience in purchasing through naptool product is low grade and network problem,battery problem no service center accessibility ultimately pouring money for junk product YES IT IS
