This blackberry phone doesn't have Wifi is because in US and UK, when the customers need Wifi, they SMS to the telecom centre, it help them to activated it. I heard from my friends. Does your friend stay at US or UK, you can ask them.

do they have any mobile phone well even blackberry that works simultaneously between cdma and gsm ?
i thought the storm woudl be that phone

its a good phone but i would prefer if it came with wifi. i heard from other blackberry users that the bold is better in many aspects but not in the camara sense considering it comes with a 2.0 mp rather than the storm in which it comes with a 3.2 mp. hopefully the blackberry company can make a phone that has the best of both worlds.

i like this phone and iphone, but i ended up with iphone3G. buti will buy a new phone next year, and i wanted it to be the next blackberry storm. i was happy and excited to know there will be a new storm, and it will have a wifi and improved touchscreen. i just hope the new storm dont have or can turn off the autorotate in the home screen. that was the only thing i dont like about this phone, it has almost complete features i needed, but the autorotation in the homescreen really made me choose the iphone. i just think it will cause user a delay or its annoying when its not lock, the home screen keeps autorotating accidentally and will cause delay specially when it lags. i hope rim will do something to it, as it is not needed. i just thought users really uses screen auto rotation only in keyboard texting, web browsing, music player, photo viewing, video playing, applications and games. home screen does not need to be rotating. iphone is perfect in it, as its screen only rotates wer it needs to be rotated. i just thought the storm over used the screen auto rotation.

The touchscreen starts to have lots of problem after a week. I am changing it to bb bold instead. This phone is the worst blackberry smart phone. I won't recommend anyone to purchase this phone.

This phone is the worst blackberry smart phone. The alarm clock only rings when it feels like ringing. The answer button and the touch screen answer button doesn't function normally. I had many missed call as the button doesn't seem like working. The volume button doesn't function properly. Instead of adjust the volume it changes to the next or previous track. I won't recommend anyone to purchase this phone.
