E1, 29 Mar 2009there's one big problem for me:
its TOUCH SCREEN's KEYBOA... morestorm has very good screen keyboard, and not everyone knows about it.
try using and searching more about it before you all complain...

Just bought few weeks ago my Storm, Just few Question if anybody could help.
1. The battery life just last 1 day only if I used emails, sms and phone regularly (quiet Heavy). Is it normal for BB ? Standby (2 days) without doing anything). I have already set my Back light to the lowest Level.
2. Experience the first time after a week, The phone did not responses anything or Just Hang. I need to remove Battery and restart my phone. Did I need to update the OS ? or something wrong with my Phone ?

blackberry you should have put a wifi in this phone,
could have been the best today.
not all countries has a good 3g networks that is why wifi is important. if i move to asian countiries 3g is not that good. only in europe and america can stand a no wifi. but not in middle east and asia.
if you put a wifi to this phone, it could have been the best today and i can say the most complete phone today.

hmmmmm moved up from the curve. I understand that BB needed to bring the phone out early to compete with the I phone. Why did they not try to fix the software/ i hate tapping the screen 6 times just to open my email. The phone reboots when it feels like. and in a week thats 2-3 times a day. I waited a long time for this phone and am not happy. Thank god for verizone's 30 day trial. its a life saver. Buy it after the upgrades are done july.09 maybe

How about someone who wants to access their home LAN? Like me. I am looking at this device as a replacement for my PDA AND cell phone, combining them into one device. I use my PDA on our home LAN often.

unknown, 20 Feb 2009how is possible a PDA phone in the 21 century without WLAN?... moreI thought the same but since I bought storm and have taken vodafone service, never felt the need for wifi. I don't download music but instead load it by syncing it with Itunes on the computer through blackberry media sync. Same goes for movies which I copy directly to 16GB microsd card that I purchased separately. Till date the only thing that has let me down is its battery life. RIM should have given a powerpacked battery with this phone. I guess I shall invest in a 2600 extended battery too. Hope it clears the wifi perspective.
