does this have full html like iphone or is it still mobile internet and broken up email like blackberry is know for?

I must say i wasnt impressed when we got the storm @ vodafon HQ the training model was a week old.. and the software was buggy then we got the decent version and i really like it.. iphone was cool storm is cooler. blackberry has allways been a brand of good and decent.. and with the new touchcreen they have removed alot of anoyance. good thing i will be getting mine for free :D it does pay 2 work for vodafone

Half the people here are whinging about no wifi, and the other half are whinging about the people whinging about no wifi haha.
Wifi can allow for faster internet browsing speeds, faster than mobile data speeds. That's the advantage.

Phone looks good but screen sometimes doesn't respond as it should. ie when selecting an option it scrolls the screen to a totally different section of the same screen page. Battery does not last a third of the 5.5hrs as spec says. On hold to vodafone 65mins and battery almost all gone from fully charged. I could understand it if had been watching videos etc and it was end of the day, but from fully charged I turned the phone on and checked emails 10mins, then on hold 65mins.... not impressed! I know batteries need several charges before they start to hold a full charge but this is very poor. Not sure I want a phone that needs charging twice a day for low/standard usage.

Had the phone a week now best phone out there will be hard to be beaten you will never get bored of it all your mates will want to get one once they see yours. Even the iphone dont touch it. Well done blackberry keep up the good work show them how its done.

Anonymous, 18 Nov 2008this phone doesn't have Wifi :(why do you even need wifi. most of the time it will ask you for a password. and other times it wont connect. thats why you buy a dataplan with this berry for unlimited internet usage. also wifi is being taken off alot of new handsets for this reason.

ziggi, 15 Nov 2008I have the Blackberry Bold and have today received the Stor... morethe reason for your calls failing is either due to your network thats if its orange as orange had major problems with signal due to them trying to brand the bold. a software update is available via the blackberry website. other than this i think the bold is a much faster and better unit to use.

well ive just had the call and mine will be here tomorrow, some how they gave it to me on a free upgrade on my £15 per month contract i have got to pay the £5 unlimited data download as well but still, at that price its going to have to be really bad for me to regret getting itfor free!!

Think you'll find that the BB9000 has had all of it's software issues sorted across ALL networks in the UK, buy one< they're awesome...

the storm rocks!!! best phone out there by far...iphone is very poor, if you want a music player just buy an ipod, if you want a phone that has everything then get the storm - it's slim, looks good, got everything you would ever need
