9800 mobile is so nice its a user frindly phone i m use phone from past 2 weeks and i have very user frindly with this phone....it is bater than any phone.....

This phones button panel sucks, its starting to come lose as it is actually stuck on. What a shlep!

I'm personally a big fan of the BlackBerry 9800. The touch screen combined with the full qwerty keyboard makes it much more user friendly than just one or the other. If you unlock it, its usable worldwide on all GSM networks. BBM is a huge help when communicating with international business contacts. Apple will have a tough time keeping up with RIM if they continue to produce cutting edge technology such as this. Although Apple crushed RIM in sales by 2 million dollars on the iPhone alone versus all BlackBerry models combined Unlocked BlackBerry Torch

Is it possibale to edit a document (MS Office) or is the pre-intalled application just a viewer?
And how about pdf files, can the phone open a pdf file?

I have used a Torch 9800 to make a phone call and the earpiece speaker volume is very quiet even when it is set to maximum volume.

the battery doesnt live that long...and program, its very confusing...there was one secret button of it that could erase all your file...what a pain in the ass phone!!!

i just noticed from the white torch pictures, it has two black dots beside the speaker grill. is that a front camera or what? does anybody know??

i have had the torch fr 8 days and the battery sucks thats all i can say other iwse the phone its self is great......i have to cgarge the phone every night and i use my phone nt so often it mostly kept
