i bought this phone 2 weeks ago and all i can tell you is that its the best blackberry phone ever made if your a blackberry fan then this is the phone to buy. What really cool about it is that you can use both touch screen and regular usage of the phone.

Yup, Torch can support all language. Including europe,Africa & asia.first thing you need to do is install the latest desktop manager, then click the application icon then select any apps or language that you want.

Hey everyone, I just got the phone on a new plan with my carrier after completing the 2-year iphone contract and here's my summary:
The good things about the torch are:
1. The design: the phone is really cool, fancy, elegant and the slider gives it a very nice touch.
2. instant messaging: blackberry chat, windows live messenger, google talk, yahoo messenger, etc. they all work like a charm. I always get notifications from my contacts right away. The chat is amazingly good.
Other than that......my iPhone 3G was better in every way! Email, web browsing, you tube, weather, maps, and the interface is so much nicer.
I currently have them both, but I can only use one at a time but my bottom line is that BB is great for chat, for everything else get an iPhone!
It basically depends on what you want the most.

The tourch is awsome and David in my opinion go for the tourch it runs the blackberry os 6.0 this is the best os bb has made so far the cpu is also great and the memory and like all bb phone`s free internet browsing on the device so youcan face book aal day long and pay nothing now is`nt that awsome.

Guys I really need a fast reply from any one of torch users...please let me know how is the keypad when compared to bb 9700...Is it easy to type or are keys much more compact when comparison with bold 2??...thanks

i advice you to buy the nokia e7... better than the bb and the htc...... RIM must really work on their phones .....
