I am having a great problem with my 9800 torch.Every time i lock it with the lock button and try to unlock it,the screen stays black but the phone is working completely i even got a call while the screen i black and answered it.Please help me at first i restarted it the screen worcked but when i lock it the problem occurs again.Please help me cuz i got no substitute for this phone and i am not able to get a blackberry (good one) at this time.Please I need your help

i have blackberry 9800 torch.if i have to connect to a wifi why the logo of my phone cannot display on the share that i shared.

Its a good phone, not the best and not the worst... Its OK, screens amazing, trackpadS cool, speed is good as well.. So for a kid or teenager its amazing sooo for annadult I wouldn't suggest this phone :)

hello...please help me...I got 9800 torch an ond the back of the phone btw the camera and flash light it is written 5mpx...but I saw on others 9800 that is written Torch...
can anyone explain? tnx

i use my facebook application in my blackberry torch. but i'm not a plan user..but i have a wifi but icant connect to the facebook application?

pinku, 10 Jun 2012can u please say me that is their video calling in bb 9800... moreguys, obviously the feature says 9800 has no secondary video means no skype or video calls or whatsoever.try asking bb company why?so why would you buy it in the first place if you want to have skype in your phone duh!

Just had my blackberry 9800 torch two months ago. I was so excited and now i wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone. it keeps freezing and has this stupid little black timer that keeps running and i cant use the phone.The battery last for three hours only. worst phone i have ever purchased.

dvl, 07 Jun 2012can i get skype on my torch ? Nope no skype for this blackberry gadget, try something that's start with an i and ends with Phone, just make sure you check the skype website for supported models. I think the change will save you some cash if you have a lot of friends on skype :-)

The blackberry phone is not worth the money you gonna be spending. I got one no so long ago, and to my dismay was and still am dissapointed. If u don't believe me borrow one & try useful gadgets lyk video call/skype/tango besides the seemingly useleS bbm. U gonna thank me after this.

U can take it back to the store & tell them it's annoying and doesn't have what you are looking for. Then get a samsung its much better tha bb. U should be able to do a video call with a samsung.

Anyone deciding to upgrade from this to the 9810, I wouldn't do it, I had a problem with this phone where it kept scrolling up, I got my money back and bought a 9810, big no no! It's battery was awful and with everything you did,the little black clock came up constantly, everyone's experience of the phone is different, but this was mine. I'd keep this one!

try to re-install your os dude...

I have this blackberry model, thing is my service provider cannot detect my device, so I cannot use Blackberry Messenger, anyone else who has the same scenario?? What did you do??
