since it has no secondary camera is there a way to take and receive video calls?if there's no front camera how can the caller see me?any idea to overcome this problem?

To everyone here thinking of getting this phone or the 9810. If priced about the same, get the 9810. I own a 9810 and have owned a 9800 and I can tell you from personal experience that the 9810 is better performance wise. It has a better screen resolution and double the processing power.The 9810 is the evolution of the 9800.

To everyone here thinking of getting this phone or the 9810. If priced about the same, get the 9810. I get all my blackberry's free so price and purchasing is not an issue for me. That being said I do love my torch 9800, I love the size of the screen, the color and screen clarity is great. I have I4 and I prefer my torch over the I4 because as much as I would love to get used to touch screen only I cannot! I am a texter so having key board option on my phone is the best feature for me. This phone is fast, it responds well, the touch screen is also very responsive and in my opinion has a better response via touch than the I4. Over all I love blackberry's and this one is no exception I enjoy the phone and have had no problems out of it!....I do not work for Blackberry and I have been a Blackberry owner for over 10 yrs I have had several models because my dad works in IT and his company orders the newest ones when they come out for the employees and he always orders me one too.

The Torch is a wonder but Sadly Blackberry should do something about countries that don't Support RIM to get a chance to download applications.

I m using this phone about 7 months ..but every time I got problem while using internet ...no good games.no viber .no skype ....it makes Me dissapointed ..
