The 9800 has an older operating system and a slower processor but it has a keyboard. I currently use a 9800 and it could be faster and more responsive but I like the big screen and keyboard. If you don't care about a keyboard then definitely get the 9380 because the resolution is the same as the 9800 but the operating system is better and the processor is faster. The camera is better on the 9800 but that might not matter to u. So basically- don't care about a keyboard then 9380, if u do then 9800

I upgraded from 9700 to 9800.
9800 has good camera with a big screen but unresponsive touchscreen, and like all slider phones, it eventually has screen wobbling problem.
So you end up having to qwerty on a blank screen and pray that there is no typo.

BULL, 17 Apr 2012bb can't play you tube videos cause it does not support fla... moreso then we can play directly you tube in bb 9800 ...but i dont understand how to convert avi file of youtube directly...
