Tis is agreat phone , anybody know how to fix the Unlock key stacked, i can only now used the phone for answering coz it activates the accept when slided up. but i can no longer type or interact anything else. please help.

Hello guys i have been using this super phone for sometime now and it's great..however the battery cant go 24hrs without charge..anything to increase battery life will appreciate coz i travel alot

Pls I bought ths blackberry torch 9800 and since then I have been trying to open my mail but its not been possible. Under setup email account, I see internet mail n enterprise mail, everytime I click internet mail it takes me back to setup icon again.... Can anyone help me?

BULL, 17 Apr 2012bb can't play you tube videos cause it does not support fla... morewho says BB does not play you tube videos...i used even a BB storm and it played YouTube videos smoothly with no breakages.

1. Can we cable to play .mkv videos in this? If not do we have any software to fix this?
2. How ll be the net speed? Currently i m using n8:) which one is good mobile for net?

I was thinking of an upgrade but I am now starting considering an iPhone as my personal experience with 9800 is not that good (to be honest). It is running very slow, keeps freezing at least once a day and the battery life is way too short.

charlie'z, 19 Apr 2012i want to buy a new phone to replace my phone dat i'm using... morewell if you don't like touchscreen, better to go for Bold 9900. I got BB 9800 and it sucks! To be fair, I really like the "sliding" concept, it is beautiful, but seriously its performance is way too slow and the battery life is too short (very common in BB phones btw). Please consider 9810 for double speed processor and longer battery life, or 9900 for non-touchscreen category. I hope this helps. :)

hold the alt buttom and press LGLG then press the balckberry button and clear logs and a restart is also recommnended ( that to hard reboot)
