Anonymous, 18 Jul 2011hi blackberry torch,im so sad,because i purchase a blackber... moretry to disconnect / switch off your wifi for 10-15 seconds, then try again to re-connect. just to be on safe side, re-boot ur BB as well.

suck, battery got drain immediatelly,connecting wifi too hard,switching on takes 10mins.while surfing always buffering nd buffering,very bad.

this is like the worst investment ive made....the battery sucks big time...the graphics suck...the apps for it suck..doesnt have a front camera..well wat gud would that be there is no skype for it..there is no voice for the messengers...can anyone tell me what else can i do with ma blackberry besides the bbm...

hi blackberry torch,im so sad,because i purchase a blackberry 3 days ago,but i have a big problem i cannot eaasy connect to wifi,its so hard to conect in a wifi,our wifi connection here is so strenght signal,i dont now,why why why why?im planning to return it back......im very this appointed......

I am using this model for about 6 months line disconnects while talking whereas with same sim in other cell phone there is no problem. further, e mail settinfg is not working unable to operate e mails.please respond.

My bb torch all of a sudden stopped ringing out. Neither does it play any sound when I play a music file. Any ideas on what the problem might be before taking it for repairs?

if i dont have data usage, i cant access d fb app directly from bb, oni i can go to browser n access fb fr there?? whereby when i post status/comments on fb, it only shows via mobile web n not via blackberry =(

Hi there, I've used the BB torch for two months now.It's awesome. Love it, have had my monies worth. Use shorter time in transacting businesses. Not too good a battery life though but by all standards its shown supremacy.

I have had my torch for over a year and not desired any other phone.....very nice and surprising for a phone freak like me. Fits into my worlds....class, business, fun...u name it!

and got the phone yesterday! I think the phone is great, use it for work and does the job really well. Having a large screen means emails look brilliant. The Torch is slightly on the hefty side but is great nonetheless!

I have a Torch 9800, would like to know why am i loosing my bbm contacts,and a few ppl also had the same complaint, and how many contacts can you have on your bbm, pls assist thanks
