well i have both 9780 and torch belev me both are really working awesom since 3monhs of ussage never had ny trouble wid both of the phone but i like torch more dan 9780 but if yu ask me the weight den 9780 is beter coz 9800 torch is heavy but belev me i really enjoy the touch and the slide keyboard never problem both the phone rocks the chart

I have used two blackberrys before this one. But the torch by far is the best experience so far. Simply amazing

Are you serious? Voice qual... moreMy Experience with Nokia has been good, with BB too. I've had Nokia 6600,N-Gage QD, N-95,N-86...and they all been great with sound quality. :)
SE was good too with K790i but X10 has an issue with low volume which is irritating at times when you're caught up in traffic or a noisy environment and you can't hear a thing. But Android customization is pretty good on X10. Like it more than Iphone 3GS and as well as Nexus running 2.1.

Are you serious? Voice quality for nokia is good for you? I've used more than 10 nokia phone in the last 7 years and voice quality was 1 of the reasons that I decided to go for the x10 for the first time in 7 years, turn out be good and bad for me.
BB for me has the best voice quality so far after using 10 different nokias, 1 sony.

Arc isn't that great ...even i'm waiting for more releases ..X10 hasn't retired for me yet :)So got some more time to look for a replacement.
btw Voice quality atleast on Nokia is kinda good and so as with BB.

I find difficulty on using the camera. It takes pictures and all but does not save them to the device memory or the memory card.
Are there some settings that must be set to use the camera?

This phone is the worst Blackberry a lot of failures, the software cant manage all functions, battery is dead in 8hr stand by
