Worst phone I have ever used. Heating problem,battery backup problem,fb app dosen't supports,blackberry app world dosen't opens,wasapp no response. I have used 2 phones of blackberry and I must say its wastage of money.

My phone some time hangs and major problem is that sometimes when I make call I can't listen anythin and while getting calls it doesn't ring and also it won't play anything.. What should b d solution?? Guys pls help

ì wanna ask that , the bbm has come in android as well as IOD , so is it now also legible 2 buy a BB , like the BB 9810 ??

1st few months were great..even the 0S7 update went smoothly but then bit by bit the phone fell apart or wore away even with case protectors.
Buttons and trim around the keyboard began to break.
Keys lost the print on them and the scroller stopped working....what on earth sort of R&D tests do BB do with devices.
At the same time i had a Samsung Galaxy S2 and its still unmarked and working perfectly.
The 9810 is a great business device but in no way does it justify its price when something as simply as a Samsung Chat can do just as good a job for general users

I have down load the call recorder soft ware in my torch 9810 it is working effectively, but I could not find out where is my conversesation recorded either in SIM or Media Card or else.Help me for find out ?
