i have a bb 9810 running os 7.0, And i am experiencing a problem with the touch screen, when i touch the top or middle the bottom is responding,however in landscape it works perfect, what should i do???

So unhappy with this phone. It keep on freezing. 9810 gave blackberry a bad name! my next phone will not be a blackberry!

Good Business phone. Definitely not meant for entertainment and play.
I bought BB9810 a month back and has been working well except the battery is getting drained very quickly though it is ONLY 1250mA battery. Other smartphones phones from Samsung and Sony have higher power batteries.
Less no of apps than the android phones, but whatever apps are available they are ok. Desired to have the accelerometer also in this phone with a better camera.

ike, 12 Nov 2012I have just started using my new BB Torch 9810 last week an... moreIts good to know that your 9810 need to recharge everyday...
But for mine, I charge my 9810 every 8hours....
I search many ways to get this issues solve but they (bb expert) said this is completely normal, because this 9810 (and also a few of other bb gadet) have a poor batery life...
You should set your 9810 network into EDGE mode, use 3G mode only when you need to download or upload something. Turn off bluetooth n WIFI, set the display brightness at the lowest level. N try to use the keypad not the touchscreen when you are texting. Its help a lot.

marcobyn, 20 Nov 2012i have a blackberry torch 9800 ,,, i have a probleme... my ... moreU should upgrade the software (find the new OS version)... I have this problem once on my 9810. Or try to back up all your data into the bb desktop manager than wipe your phones data (return it to the factory setting) hope this would help

Anonymous, 20 Nov 2012neep some help, buy this torch 2 9810 or bold 9900?? and whyBoth are same, I think 9900 is more comfortable to use because its not a slide.
But 9900 cameras not have autofocus, this disadvantage makes me prefer 9810... And also 9900 bateries drown more quickly than 9810.
