I have just started using my new BB Torch 9810 last week and I am wondering why the battery discharges very fast. Everyday I have to re-charge the battery and that is very surprising considering that it's still brandnew. I know the best stage to re-charge a li-ion battery is when the power is already 25% or less. The old BB Bold 9700 I have is still working very well and re-charging of the battery is still at every 4 days even after more than 2 years of use.
Can anyone provide me an explanation for this?

u have to activate a blackberry plan plus a gprs plan and then u can avail this feature.

is there any problems with your torch's slider? the slider my friend's torch 1 aka 9800 feels like it will break, if i want to slide it up or down, it feels very slick, although it still works as usual. he has been using it for 1 year 3 months.
i am afraid if i buy torch 2, it will not last long
