Please i want to know if all BB 9810 are the same or it has 2 types or version. I just bought mine yesterday, the keyboard is QWERTZ, and d phone memory is 6.2GB and 4GB memory card came with it. Its been recognised on all network including BB themselves, i even av two updates, one is still 7.0 while the second update is For 7.1 update, which am even updating now to 7.1 My colour is gray. Pls tel me friends if their is any thing like Wat i just described. Thanks in advance.

i'm afraid if using bb torch, this phone type is slide, can it last for long time? May be 3 years if i use it on regular usage, or may be just can last for 1 year and then the slider is broken???

Hi, guys. I recently bought a 9810 to replace my 9100. It came with a free (but low quality) privacy screen protector, and I type mostly on suretype, so 1 mistyped letter equals gibberish.
Has anyone here found a privacy screen protector that doesn't hamper the sensitivity of the touch screen?

A lot of people here asking if they should get this phone or not. WAIT!!!! if you can. BB10 devices are coming out in September or October. The 9810 is the best BB out right now for the consumer. The 9900 is the best for the pure business man/woman. But the BB10 devices are almost here. It would be a shame to either spend a lot of money or get stuck in a contract before having the chance to check out BB10 devices first.

JA9810, 16 Jun 2012My 9810 recently "shut down" and now will not reb... moreMeant to respond earlier. It sounds like a software bug. Try using Blackberry Desktop to restore it or going to the Blackberry Website and doing it from there. Had something similar happen about 9 months ago. Hope this helps.

The 9810 has a bigger screen and a better battery life than the 9900. For me, the 9810 is better because I use the internet a lot and I like the screen.Thought about the 9860 because of how I use the 9810, but I would miss the qwerty keypad.

Anonymous, 15 Jun 2012Does it have wifi hotspot ? What about it's speed ?Speed depends on carrier and network, but in general, it's pretty quick. You only have WiFi Hotspot capability if you upgrade to 7.1 software. Even then, your carrier may restrict you from using it without paying extra for it.

Bb user since a long time. 8520 woz my first set followed by 9300, 9700 , 9780 , 9790 , 9900, 9360 and finally 9810 nw!
Amoung all I like only 2 of dem.
9700- with os5 -
And 9810- with os 7.1!
Both having good performance and battery life compared to other handsets of same category!

My 9810 recently "shut down" and now will not reboot. It starts the rebooting process, and 5 seconds later it stops, then starts again; repeatedly. Anyone has a solution to this problem?
