Also, see what About Device says in your Options menu. Then look for info in your battery housing area. I really hope it isn't fake, but sure sounds like it is. Your videos should play in landscape by default when you rotate your phone. There is a way somewhere in Options to check for that but I can"t find it upon updating to 7.1 Software. Maybe someone else here might know.

When I enter websites they recognize my phone as 9810 and even network providers recognize it too. Then again another thing I noticed is that my video plays only in portrait mode, I can't find how to make it play on landscape mode. Can somebody help me why im having trouble with the sounds of this phone? I cannot hear it ringing and i cannot hear the one im calling with also..i always need to remove the battery and put it again to function it normally, but after a while or a day, the same problem occurs.. How can i prevent this problem? Pls help.. Thank you..

Plz I want somebody that knows well to answer me. I bought this 9810 three days ago and hav noticed the phone feels so cheap wit very ugly inferior plastic back cover, the silver chrome around it looks as its gona scratch off as soon as possible. Then finally the keyboard is QWERTZ instead of QWERTY and its made in Hungary2. Plz is this normal or its a fake one that I bought?

not a very durable phone. nice apps but Nokia N9 is waaaaay better.

Just remember that it will need to be programmed with the original battery or the BB won't accept it. Doing it is very simple and the pairing device should come with the battery.

Cyrrently i am using Bold 9900 and Torch 9810, i have extra extended battery with 3500 MAH for bold 9900. i wonder whether anyone of you know where to get similar high capacity of battery for 9810.

I truly need a reliable phone for emailing and creating documents and I guess this is the one I need. I've been obsessing with BBs but my hubby always insists on me to just go for the Samsung Galaxy S2. I would want an S2 but I've been dreaming of getting, holding, using a BB for years, so I guess it's time to make it come true.
