    Anonymous, 23 Sep 2011Can any one tell me;does it does it makes sense to drop 980... moreIf you are looking for fun it will be worth buying 9810 and put your 9800 aside. If you are likely to avail of its email and messaging functionality, buying 9810 would seem to be just a waste of your money!

              OMG Great Improvenment on 9800 slick phone using now to connect laptop to internet in the middle on nowhere great connection hassle free setup just choose your carrier and you are connected processor is much faster OS7 is fine if you want a small powerful Blackberry this is the best yet NFC is available on on the bold 9900 but in 2 years time all phoes will have it and it will have some use until then this is a great Blackberry for sure!

                misterT, 19 Sep 2011please am a windows mobile user....i want t buy bb for the ... moreNot a 9800 whatever you do. I know so many who have had massive issues with this phone. I'm on my 3rd since AT&T will only send me more messes up phones under warranty. I was a BB fan, they missed the mark here! Afraid to buy the 9810, but I have to do something. Just want a smart phone that works!! And I need to adjust font larger, so stuck with BB.

                  Upgraded from 9800 to 9810.

                  The OS7 seems to lag many times and suddenly becomes very slow. Find it unstable compared to OS6.

                  No point in upgrading from 9800. Rather it is better to buy 9800 and save money as there is absolutely NO difference between the two.

                  Look, feel and performance there is no difference. Only diff is the price where you actually pay more for a silver back.

                  I am disappointed with this upgrade which has nothing special really.

                      @Hazem. You're welcome.
                      @Dan. It does have NFC. From what understand, all the OS 7 phones have it.

                          @hazem. Sorry but the 9800 can't upgrade to the 7 OS. Even if it could, there's no way you would be able to use it because it would run so slow.

                                      Apart from the internal memory of the blackberry 9810 and its os, its stil same with the 9800 and why is rims holding back on making blackberry with a secondary video that can be used with skype? Nokia is doing wonderfully well with such technology.
