Blackberry is streamlined to the social service it offers,instant mail and other office stuff but the iphone 4 is a machine that puts so much options at your finger tips...it exceeds the blackberry in ALL ways....

Don't see the 9360 like an option. If you want a fast and touch screen smartphone, go for a 9860 (Extremely recomended). For the other hand, if you want a qwerty keyboard, go for the 9790; it also has a touchscreen.

Nice phone,browser for me quite better than iphone 4,before this I'm an iphone 4 user,so I know the differen,nice colour of its screen,smooth,upgrade to os 7.1 if u want to save your battery life,main disadvantage is the keypad is to small, quite difficult when u want to type a message,but overall, Blackberry the best,before this I've been using curve8520,curve3g 9300,bold 2,bold3,bold5(9790),torch9800,curve9360,bold9900,and finally torch 9860,for me bold 9790 and torch 9860 are the best,a job well done,,,,

Very good quality phone. Nice bright screen. Excellent Bluetooth functionality you can exchange files, use keyboard, voice dial with Bluetooth headset, use bluetooth car speaker sets.

I love this BB!
It's super fast, great touch sensitive, nice screen resolution. I have the battery saver mode on OS 7.1 and works a day without charging.
And waiting for the BB10.

The fone is very slick, am enjoying it. However,.there is this thing I noticed.
Every once in a while, the phone mutes all alets, can't hear it wen it rings, can't hear my received calls, can't even play music.
It only gets restored when I do the hard reset.
Please, anyone, is this issue peculiar to this phone? 9860
