the fone is tops i love it n yes it has a battery problem but if ur nt usin da internet u cn switch da network to 2g den it saves ur battery but yeah top fone best ever im from South Africa n it has nt been launch yet in my country but i av one screen is to nyc to watch movies n da pictures r incredible

Worst phone i have ever had and i have had a lot of phones. i cant have to many pictures or music cause it mucks up the phone, if i download apps it freezes the phone. The screen is too small,battery life is bad. Lock button keeps not working. it freezes non stop. I've had 3 replacements in about 2 months. really really bad phone.

i got this when it first came out in sept last yr n still now it holding its value i love my 9860 best fone ever fast too if any one was to get a blackberry this is the one i love blackberry xx
