yeah.my blackberry frezes alot.got to reset it by removing the battery. what should i do.other then that i just love my blackberry.my bb pin:278F5DC9.

I own a blackberry torch for 4months now and am having trouble with the battery. It will not hold a charge for more then 4 hours with me not using it at all. This is the second one I have heard of the other is owned by my friends son he is on his 2nd battery in 4 months and this one is doing the same. I would not recommand your product to anyone it is a very expansive phone and should not have problems after such a short period

i am not impress with this phone. i bought it around november of last year and i should have listened to my friends to buy samsung or htc phones. battery is very poor, no great application in the app world and nothing really so special about it.

santosh, 27 Feb 2012I am a big fan of BlackBerry...I started with 8520 curve an... moregoodluck...next time get an insurance in your phone even you provide them your imei and pin there's no assurance that you can get your phone back....dont wait for for them to reply buy a new phone.....

I've bought this phone 4 days ago. this phone was great for blackberry smartphone. Even better than blackberry bold touch 9900 for performance, built quality, camera performance, audio and video performance. everything running very smooth, no loading, no lag. the bad are, only battery life (1-2 times charging a day), and a bit hard if you want to restart. Overall this phone is great for blackberry class. I have used curve 8520 and that phone is trash.

Hey guys, I want to buy this phone but i want to make sure does this phone really have HSDPA 900 / 1700 / 2100 Frequencies? I have checked the blackberry website and they made no mention of the 1700/2100 frequencies.
Please help as I really like this phone but I am the WindMobile network in Canada which operates on the 1700/2100 frequencies

Rohit, 17 Feb 2012I bought a Blackberry Torch 9860 on 9th January 2012. The ... moreHii.. I am from Bangalore.. i was using nokia 5800 express music.. n now I bought this bb torch 9860. and, I am disappointed on the very next day for the following reasons:
1- call gets disconnected in between.
2- I and the receiver couldn’t hear anything in midst of the call.
3- it hangs frequently.
4- couldn’t hear the ring of certain calls and even alerts often.
Please provide me a solution for my problems.. whom should I contact to rectify these problem?
