I have a tour 9630 not activated. I know it doesn't have wifi but I can still get email on it. How does this happen.

i have blackberry cure 9630 .the problem is it does get connected to wifi but the signal all are showing but try open fb it says data serve is not on

Showing red cross on battery icon on screen and wont boot up changed battery and repaired using blackberry software still same problem
