youngmoney, 13 Dec 2014Ican not check for account balance with my courve 9630 pls ... moreon the home screen press the BB button then go to mobile network then go to the network selection after that press the BB button then you will see a diagnostic test click on it den press the BB button again den click on run after it has been completed u can now try checking ya account balance it will work....PROWEXX IS MY NAME....ENJOY

I did not activate the Blackberry services and using AIRTEL connection. I am facing network issues... The network is frequestly comes and goes away and the active call gets disconnected. I am not able to dial the number sometimes , gives me the error :Call Failed" I tried to change the network mode "Automatic" and "Manual" both and the problem stays in both mode.
I tried vodafone sim too but problem persists.
Is it my handset problem or is the maufacturing problem of this model.
