raymonde, 26 Apr 2010why this device have a low voting results. is a bad smartph... moreI actually have been using the tour for 2 months now and i simply love it..It does everything any other smartphone can do...Is loaded to the gills(by BB standards) and looks like a million bucks.. It has CDMA/GSM both capabilities which is great and the screen is gorgeous. The Cam is great too and takes honest pics. i have my outlook configured on it and it works seamless and so do all the apps. Go for it if you want to...u wont regret it.. the only thing i can think of is the high price but i got a great discount and its a fair price.

one of my customer buy bb tour from verizon brand..but he cannot go for browsing and there is no wifi..why it does happen? and how he can get that browsing?

i have this phone almost 3 months. and as i have it and knew that when you play the music it continue to play till all songs are played. problem; when i play the music again (all songs) it only play 1 song and after that it stop. and that's it. and later on, when i received 1 message. after the beep. the music play again. can anybody help me with that please? thank you

i got this phone weeks ago the feature is ok. i dont have any problem with it except for it doesnt have a WLAN. i need to change the phone to HTC touch pro 2 and now i am happy. battery life is very good. so happy!
