Guys I got my bbm Z 10 in the month of july 2014. N not even a year passed I have faced with software problem twice n now I have givrn it to service centre for proper solution... csn anyone suggest me tgst how can I say this issue to BBM officially so that I can get a proper solution for the same... plx do help me guys.. .

YAM, 11 Feb 20151.My set switch off when battery drain to 50%. Please can a... moreU must have been using some incompatible charger or power bank to charge your phone. Do dump those stuffs and keep your phone away from those. Try charging with a specifid blackberry charger only.

Hi everyone
I had z10 yester I sold out.
because of.when I bought it..It was working perfectly on 10.1 version but once it got update to 10.2
suddenly it hangs n switched off. And it will start only aftr connect with power cable. I just exchanged my z10 fro BB service centre so I got new hand set after 20 days. .
but now this time problem is different. apps r not working.,,,
So I format it and sold out..
no more BB IN FUTURE TO ME..

niks, 13 Feb 2015hi..friends i am facing problem of start up issue.whenever... moreIt seems that your battery is somehow misbehaving, probably the transformer and capacitor unit inside the battery has been corrupted due to inherent malfunction. You may try using a micro charger. If the problem still persist then try hard formatting the battery.

hi..friends
i am facing problem of start up issue.whenever battery is completely drain out and mobile is switched off due to discharge of battery,mobile is frequently getting switched off while on charging.there is no any option if we charged first and then switch on the mobile.it is nightmare for me if battery is going to drain and not charged on time before it getting switched off.

1. In the device options, click Security Options.
2. Click General Settings.
3. Press the Menu key.
4. Click Wipe Handheld.
5. To delete all third-party applications from your device, select the Include third-party applications check box.
6. Click Continue.
7. Type blackberry and OK.
Delete all device data
Verify that you have a backup copy of your BlackBerry® device data.
CAUTION: If you have turned on content protection, the process for deleting all device data can take up to an hour to complete. You
cannot stop the process after you start it. If you reset your device, the process continues after the device restarts.

It's a nice phone overall. The most important is how can you deal with the problems. Every phones have their own problems. I'm facing with 2 problems right. I'd give it 8/10

dhpa, 12 Feb 2015hi gagan my z10.is not being recohnised by my vista pc nd b... moreI currently dont have the Z10 with me. My sister took it from me so cannot give you the exact steps :( In Settings you have there is an option of sharing. It gives option whether to connect using Mac or windows. You need to select Windos. Then in the settings as well it gives option of sharing your device as a memory card or USB. I dont exactly remember. do these settings and connect you phone using Internet tethering. It took a while for me too. Then in few secs the memory is shared on the PC. Mine is Dell Windows 8.1. Or try sharing the device via bluetooth. See if it works. If it works there is no problem with the software only some setting changes.

hi gagan my z10.is not being recohnised by my vista pc nd bblink..my q10 syncs perfectly
when connetced to usb port it shows batty charging icon but no drives appear so I cannt coy files to the internal.or external memory hence I am not able to reload software also
in BBVE test usb test is failed..is it hardware issue?
