Hi Friends
My BlackBerry Z10 having some issue,
when I restart my phone then all installed applications get deleted from phone and shows me this is your new phone Bla bla bla,
anybody faced such problem??
Please let me know for correct setting

1.My set switch off when battery drain to 50%. Please can anybody help me out?.
2. I want to use my master card account to upgrade downloaded apps but it does not accept my payment option. I'm asked to use another option which i don't have.

Try draining out the battery to 0% and then recharge only using the BB charger.I have never faced this issue with my cell though. Try it or just follow the software update advised below using BB link on your system.

Run a light android browser like uc mini on BlackBerry z10, it's a small package, the browser is fast and renders only the basic version of a Web page. So it's not expected to drain much battery as compared to the native BlackBerry browser which is fully flash supporting and highly advanced and very much data hungry. BUT, Astonishingly uc mini consumes twice as much as power as the native browser. You can do the test yourself and check the results in the battery tab in settings. So guys keep away from android, rely only on built for BlackBerry apps.But sadly there are not too many useful / attractive in the BlackBerry world.

Having used this set for the past 10 months I prefer to add these following points to boost the battery life.
1) Use android apps as less as possible. In the 10.2.xxxx android apps are given permission to run on only one core of the cpu, so the cpu often has to fire all its cylinder, as a result battery drains and set over heats. That's why battery drains very fast whenever you use an android app. Even most apps in the BlackBerry world do more or less overheating EXCEPT APPS THAT ARE BUILT FOR BLACKBERRY Certified.

Yes there is an application I have installed. The Majhong game application. This is one application if I utilise, the handset begin to overheat and make me a sound alert that it is shutting down. Then immediately it will shut down. Another application is the 'Farm friends Story'. With this one my handset hardly overheat and never shuts me out. But I trully appreciate your tips and advice I shall try it keep up the good job

Is there any application that you had recently installed. It may be a bug causing the issues. Remove the battery and plug the phone to the charger. When the led flashes leave it fr sometime. Then unplug the charger and restart the phone by inserting the battery. Hope this works.
