Hi Khana
When I purchased the Blackberry Z10 I bought it because I knew it being a 4G handset. I even ignored the Z3 because of its size. But I was disappointed when I had the handset on my hands and to find out that it is not 4G compliant but still a 3G handset. The difference about the Z10 it has a quick web browser and and quickest web downloads. But it is not a 4G network compliant handset,even the Q5 is better because it does support the 4G network

It is gugetpunk here. Thanx for the advice I am going to implement it. This is what I have done. When reading the forum yesterday somebody mentioned the unlinking of 'Facebook and Twitter' from the Hub. He said the unlinking of those social networks gives a lot of boost into the Z10's battery.
What I did I deleted the two applications and charged my Z10 for about 4 hours yesterday on Sunday. Before 22:H00 yesterday I removed the hanset from the charger and went to bed. In the morning when I looked at my Z10's battery status it was at 89% full. When I went to town at 05:30 it was 89% battery full. After checking it after 120 minutes or so it was at 84%. Now as I am sending you guys this statement it 11:46 am and my battery is at 77% charged. This means it is going to remain like this before sunset if I do not set it into some activity.
This is a proof that Facebook and Twitter seriously eats away the battery of the Z10. I am of the idea that if you have Facebook and Twitter installed on your Blackberry Z10 try by all means to unlink them from the hub because my goodness your batter is going to become a sponge you'll become a laughing stock to Android phone users. If you can just master the social networks setups on the Z10,this phone becomes a friend,you will never have complaints but instead fun fun fun. Blackberry Z10 is a great smartphone I have seen that. Thanx guys with super ideas keep up the good job

AnonD-311269, 08 Feb 2015Hi Gagan I read your tip on how to reduce the battery drai... moreJust go to Hub management and remove the notifications. my Z10 is currently with my Sister for past 2 days so cannot exactly give you the path. but there should be some settings, after going to HUB management. Drag down from the top and unlink. It really really improved battery by 5- to 60%. Also if you dont use BBM and you have signed to it, just do factory reset to logout. Believe me it is better than the phone 5 that my sister had. Now she is obsessed with it and i am using her iPhone. It's terrible infront of the Z10

I am sorry to hear that you Blackberry Z10 has given you so many problems. Why don't they replace your handset? It is still under warranty and you bought the phone. Friend you have the wonderful phone on your fingers, have it replaced by your supplier as per purchase agreement and I hope your problems will be cured.

I am the owner of the Blackberry Z10. Presently I am disapointed. The battery is as weak like ice cream in the desert. I hear you saying unlinking of FB and other social networks will see the battery becoming a bit stronger. Please explain to me how to unlink FB and other social networks to get the real service from my Blackberry Z10.

Because they keep on running resulting to the drainage of the battery. Now help me how do I unlink the social networks from the hub and stop them running on background and not to charge my airtime.
