this BlackBerry Z10 is best looking BlackBerry 10 device, I mean for full touchscreen handset. I'm looking for this awesome handset upgrade. but I don't really like big screen. 4-4.5 inch screen size is my best preference. quad core processor, 3GB RAM, 1080p of display, and min. 13MP main camera and 5MP of front camera. market strategy like apple to sold 2type of handset with 2 different screen size will solve the problem about screen size preferences. 4.5 inch and 5.5. inch. regards.

Hi!
I've been a Z10 user for more than a year now and been in love with it ever since! :)
I think those people who've had problems with this phone don't know how to use it. (sorry, just saying!)
I've had Android phones and have used an iPhone so I guess I'm not being biased in saying this by far is the best handheld device ever.
Of course, it has its own misgivings. If you're into games and apps, then surely, this is not the right phone for you. BlackBerry phones are business phones and you don't expect them to support game applications and the likes.
For the battery life, I would say it's 4/5. It can last me 2-3 days w/o charging PROVIDED that I'm not on 4G mode (again, I've had the phone for more than a year and yes, the battery life still is the same). I make it a habit to switch from 4G to 2G when I don't use the internet. This way, the battery lasts for as long as I need it to be. Browsing is always FAST as long as you have enough network coverage.
But what I love most about the phone is it's ability to fix itself -- by just a hard reset. (oh yeah!)
Just recently, a friend used my phone and thought that the volume keys are the lock key (this feature is most seen on Android phones and she's an Android user, so that's why). I guess she pressed it real hard that my volume up key got messed up for days until I decided to do a hard reset and viola! It's as good as new. :)
I also love how good it plays my music and how good the resolution of the phone is for my movies -- it's like watching in a cinema (for real).
I've had the BlackBerry 9360, had a really good experice with it that's why I got the Z10. I am soon getting the BlackBerry Passport because I know for sure that just like it's predecessors, it will be the bomb!

Blackberry Z10 is awesome. Definetly not best like iphones but for the price tag it rocks!
Unsure why am seeing such comment. May be for those who comment they are not known of how to use the phone. As mentioned earlier by some folks, battery is good but off all background data. unlink FB and twitter from BB hub.
Guess you should be thankfull to BB folks who introduced to run BB in normal internet pack and for me it has all the facilities. am not a regular player of games though.
Let me know if you guys have any prob:)

My BB-Z10 camera faulty. If i open the camera pink color appearing. some time it has been shown camera can't be start. but if i keep in cold aircon room long time this camera working few minutes and again pink color will appear.Any one can help me plsss

don not link twitter and facebook accounts to the HUB. it keeps running so the battery drains. If you are not using the BBM just logout. My phones battery lasts for 1.5 days after doing the above. My internet is always on, do downloads frequently, check FB, Twitter after every hour or so and still it goes for 24 to 32 hrs. believe me its much better than the Galaxy S5 or Iphone 5S. my cousins have them.

Now the phone switches of every 10 minutes per day. It freezes for hours on end. I take out the battery and insert again but the it just freezes again,that if it doesnt go off automatically. I love BlackBerry but must say this is my worst experience ever with a phone. Wont ever by a BlackBerry again

I would partly agree and partly not agree. The weakest links of the handset are the applications,they very few. The worse complain arround this phone is the battery. The battery is too weak. It last only five hours in a day. And now I call that 'STUPID'

Hi
My blackberry z10's battery is very weak and I am unhappy why is it so and how to overcome this? I am now using my old cell phone instead of my new Blackberry Z10.
Two the instagram of my blackberry won't give me an access into the entire funcionality of its service. Anybody with an idea please help me out. All it could do is to ask me to enter my username and my password afterwhich I provide it still won't grant me an access into the programe. Please help me

Unplug and then put the battery again and recharge only using the BB charger. If this doesnt works, there could be a software issue. Just visit a service centre or a reliable shop for software update. it will hardly cost Rs. 300-400 for update. This should work.
