This phone is really a best buy at this price band.
trust me if u budget is no more than 150 bucks to spend on a smartphone are looking for a good spec and preformance phone, then this is right choice.
it has classy looks, great feel, sturdy built quality and very decent camera comparable to iphone 5s.
ya but if ur the one who likes to download tons of apps for every damn daily application then this phone might just get u very disappointed.
if u just want limited business/social apps for mailing, cloud backups, multimedia sharing etc. then u have a lot of available apps.
The blackberry hub feature really awesome it lists all ur notfications, mails, calls, social messages everything under one list arranged chronologically.
Also the swipe to unlock feature is great. once u get used to this phone u might feel the unlocking and exiting of apps very boring and time consuming in other phones.Cause here for exiting any app all u have to do is just swipe up.
if buy any chance chance u kee a $400 samsung galaxy series phone next to this $150 Blackberry Z10 and ask a layman to identify which one is more costlier and finer by appeareance.. i guaranty u " BlackkBerry " would be the answer

But as many posts and comments says about its battery backup some of them are right. Better you good for z3 or you can afford z30. I'm using z10 it's a nice device. But battery sucks.
