Zahra24, 11 Jan 2015Oh today my set completely hanged and shut down...it is not... moreMany people asking same question again and again. Don't your read on cb forum about it? You download leak os at your own risk . This may be consequence of it. Or if it not then you can try following thing.
1) remove battery sim card and SD from your mobile
2) plug your charger in your device and we switch on your charger from wall socket
3) you will see read light blinking like whens device switch on
4) when u see red light wait 10 second then put battery, don't remove charger. Your handset start. Of not then wait for 2-3 hours and repeat same process. If it not work then contact tour service centre.

why the built in compass does not? It says that your device
does not support the necessary sensors for this application.
How it could be operated?

The camera is far from what I expect. Hundreds of shots gas to be taken before you can a choice. And I wonder why I can't download videos on my phone, all what I get is streaming.

I am having an unlocked verizon bb z10 model stl 100-4.
But i am not able to access data connection with vodafone india and other networks.
Thet says that there may be anything wrong with your device.
The caution shows that ، no internet connection, make sure your device is conncted to the network and try again."
also i have been tried with security wipe...but no way...
However my network is workiork with h+ and H+.

Hi guys! Help me to decide. I am planning to buy blackerry z10? If its good to buy a blackberry nowadays? Im here in the Philippines, most of the user here are android and ios.
It still worth to buy this phone?

Oh today my set completely hanged and shut down...it is not restarting. What would I do? I'm so sad,someone please please please help me out otherwise I'll break my handset.

RAHUL, 10 Jan 2015the worst set I hv ever used in my life the redington servi... moreIt's problem with almost every z10 stl-1. Instead of complaining you should try to trouble sooth it. Read my thread on cb10 or c rack berry. Or do like I said.
1) wait your phone to turn off
2) when your phone is turned off remove battery sim card and micro SD card
3) let it be in that stage for 2 hour
4) insert sim card and memory card then battery
5) charge your device until it reaches 100% and don't use your device while charging.
Try to charge your device while your phone is switch off. In 3-4 days this problem will solved. Many people getting great battery backup on os 10.3.1.1154. If you're interested then download leak os. Or wait for official update. My problem was worst than you but now I'm getting a while day of battery backup.

vicky, 11 Jan 2015Hi zahra i m buying z10 today..plz tell me its is good set or notAfter updating to 10.3.0.1052 or 10.3.1 I can say its the best phone.. but I think android apps are really harmful because android is so far from BlackBerry system.and when you play an android app you feel it's not BlackBerry z10.. if you wanna buy try not to install android as much as he can..and use BBW.. im just waiting for 10.3.1 official update for Z10...though im using the leaked but I believe the final version is much better than this..dont miss this superb phone

the worst set I hv ever used in my life the redington service is the wrstest service I hv ever seen after 1 month the date of purchase the phone switch off at less than 50% charge and I went with itt to the shop and they toldthey have to sent it to servicecenter and took about 3 months to get do and I got a new phone after one week the same complaint apeeared again i was angry and iwent to the shope and they agin sent it to the service center took one month to get my phone serviced they told itz software issue and promisedthe complaint will not appear again after 2 days the same complaint apeered again ......................oh rdington service is wrst and finally i got my money back

After using 5 months of leaked version 10.3.0.1052 finally my Z10 hangs and freez several times in a day..at least once a hour im loving it

nomi, 09 Jan 2015Y phn switched off when btry 20%..any solution...??? Make sure your Using a better charger and while your phone reaches 100% charge don't unplug wait for 20-25 min then unplug, the difference is that the lost 20% will be charged due to this extra charge,it worked for me :),I think it's due to some bug in the software. I hope it helps.

Oooh why don't BlackBerry make line and viber for itself for free like whatsapp..?every system did but BlackBerry still didn't... because I hate android apps
