I have down loaded the wrong software onto z10 stl -1 now won't hold charge turns straight on then off an dsnt know its a phone any more how can I fix without losing my msgs as I forgot my Bbworld I'd password too and on off button not working now pls help

i have been using bbz10 for a year now and i cannot seem to drop it finally.for a phone this price i must say its very good.i must confess its camera is not so good but it reduces my distractions to so many other things that other phones can do

I am using BlackBerry z10 from 6 months.no network issue.never hang.iam using internet and whatsap perday 4 hour.never heat.awesome device.

Absolutely super super super phone. Best os,best,hardware best sound, best size, best looks......everything so bbbbbbest. Using it happily with my wife for two years. If anyone has any questions about the phone then he may ask me for sure.
