My problem is battery percentage showing very
fluctuating. When running with 80% suddenly
after restart it will show as 20% or 0 % and show
as low battery. even one day it was 55% then also the phone switched off. Some times it may goes directly switched off. Then after connecting charger it initially shows no charge and after 5 minutes it
will reload and show 80% or 100%. Also some
times it will show charge from 0 to 100% very
fast. Below 30 minutes and some time 2hrs.

I've bought mine 11 months ago, it's still running perfectly....it's a good phone.

I have no clue what people are complaining about with all these weird problems. i've had this phone for the past 6 months. damn thing is a beast, and im coming from an S4 (it broke and replaced with a secondhand BBz10). The phone has performed flawlessly and its UI is fluid. Audio is a bit weak, but thats minor. Camera? easily comparable if not better than the S4.
im starting to think people are simply making things up to bash BB or simply can't use this great phone.

friends i plan to buy blackberry z10...but i don't know wt to do because my of ther rewies are very bad pls tell me wt to do...and also tell me is android supports if we update to 10.2.1

Very good phone!
I'm my self a BB fan, having switched from Torch 9800 to this one.
It's fast enough, there are more applications available now for the 10th version of the OS.
Cameras are good, voice is clear and the battery holds for for at least 1 day (I'm not much of a heavy user and I charge it every night).
Design is also good and the screen size is optimal. I don't want to hold a "flat tv" in my hands..that's why a have laptops and ..TVs.
Over all, it a very good device for normal people in 2014.

By the way your Youtube problem has nothing to do with your phone, theres a Youtube setting you have to change to fix that, common problem, you can find a lot about it online.
