There is some some problems regarding my phone Internet connection. My phone had data connection on. & i can able to acess only my Browser , Blacberry world, whats app and facebook. But I can't able to acess any other application which has been downloaded from blackberry world . while using other application it shows net work failure check internet connection ( As my data connection is On) . This is same in the case of you tube. I can't able to see videos as it shows an error "you cannot watch videos on safety mode". Kindly reply me how to solve this problem.

I am using Blackbeery Z10 which I took in last few months back, I had a very bad experience in using it which includes battery backup, sound, speed of internet, etc., This was a worst phone I ever had and after 3 months the phone got blasted when the phone kept for charging, even the service center is not taking my phone to handle it. so people don't buy blackberry Z10 and my experience of using this mobile is a worst one.

murthy, 25 Nov 2014don't buy this mobile waste of you money..so many issues al... moreDon't know what you are talking about,have Z10 around 6 months,use 16 gb sd card for movie play back,drop on this two leaks using auto-loader,this means twice wipe the memory out completely,today use BB 10.3.0.1418 OS,have no problem at all,BB 10 the best OS I have used so far,for me,for sure will load 10.3.1.xxxx OS before get official update.The best phone fore money I spend.

I am using BlackBerry z10 stl 03 running 10.2.1 last 6 month. But till today never face any problem.i charge my phone once a day. And using everything.it is very best phone.

i am using a z10 STL- 100 with OS 10.2.1.3442. My problem is battery percentage showing very fluctuating. When running with 80% suddenly after restart it will show as 20% or 0 % and show as low battery. Some times it may goes directly switched off. Then after connecting charger it initially shows no charge and after 5 minutes it will reload and show 80% or 100%. Also some times it will show charge from 0 to 100% very fast. Below 30 minutes and some time 2hrs. Can anyone have the same problem or any idea

In the start it was a good phone but its got too many bugs for blackberry to fix. I am just hoping that my camera starts working :/

The battery life on my new Z10 does not last more than 3 hrs, the phone overheats like a small kitchen, poor camera images, and worst of all, BlackBerry 10 OS is extremely unstable, hangs like a suicide rope!

My phone cant maintain a stable wifi connection and it just keeps on switching off.
Heck it even struggles to stay connected to a 3g network (a problem I was facing in the previous unit as well).
And now the camera.... it doesnt even start. And when it does, I am presented with an image with purple and blue orbs floating around randomly.
I tried doing a factory reset and updated my software but the problem still persists.... tell me a solution cuz I need to sell the phone asap...
