Is it any... moreVinay, go for it. Is is safe to install & very study I found since I have installed.
If you are going to jump from 10.2.xx to 10.3.1.938 then enjoy many more features & little modifications with interface. Also read 10.3.1xx feature list. So you will be able to exploit all features.

Ey peepz! I am considering buying a Z10, whilst my other choice is a Nokia Lumia 630. I wanna try a new platform (coming from Android), but already have W8 on my pc. My concern is the sudden drop in the price of the Z10. What changed? And is the Lumia a better choice?

I would suggest to delete that app and then restart phone and then try again.

I installed instagram apk on z10 stl100-3 version 10.3.0.1052 when I open it it will be closed after some seconds...so it means it doesn't work?

have you used both OS? used it once and then let us know which phone is based.
what ever phone you are useing say, HTC, motorola, samsung or even macromax, they are to give you same thing because all these phone have same OS.hardware is different it is like install windows OS on intel CPU or AMD CPU, so you are going use same OS. Same way it doesnt matter what H/W you are using because you are actually using OS, that is Android.if OS is powerful then H/w doesnt matter. my team member says everyone Nexsus phone is best phone in the market today, I said OK asked how about Andoid OS that is installed on it? he said android is good. I said to him but heard Andoird hangs, isnt it? he said yes android hangs some time but Nexus phone is best. I was speechless to that his reaction, how come person would satisfied where his OS getting hang and says phone is good. my general suggestion to everyone is dont look at the h/w or look of the phone rather check which OS is stable, robust, multi tasking, run steadily with less ram etc and yes security is also an important now days. you might have heard Selfie taken from Iphone gone on Air within 2 days of launch of new iphone 6 or some 2 million facebook accounts got hacked by hacker.
we should always look for user experience OS is giving.
EG: on all touch screen phone how many tapping you have to do for opening applications or to start wifi, or to check emails, or check what's app messages etc.
believe me this media people are less technical they talks what the manufacturer has shared with them on that they pass their judgment.
last thing - I have been using Z10 since it launched in india, so now almost 19 months now. after that i bought lenovo AS3000 tab for reading PDF on big screen specifically( which is having Android OS) then I tried to do everything which i generally do on Z10, I would say android is no where close android, according to me user experience front android is Zero marks. then I went for Ipad MINI for same PDF reading on big screen here too expirence was not good at all, believe me , I took 2 days entirly to configure my dropbox, evernote accounts and PDF, doc, excel file etc. when I wanted to listen music on ipad it took again 1 day to find out how music file works. it was pathetic user experience, I was literally cursing apple for there devices they created, music, camera and picture quality was amazing but at what cost? a week to configure IOS for new user. bull shit.
on the other side, blackberry 10 OS, switch on your phone withing 15 minutes, you will have all emails configured, drop box, evernotes, whatsapp, etc in minutes time.
it takes less than hour to bring your phone in working condition.

It needs Google play service to do it... I can't make Google play service working on this phone after install it .
