Hi Atul,
I wud like to upgrade 10.3 version through auto loader for stl-100 which is available in bbempire site,pls specify that which OS required in laptop(like BB Link can support only in XP service pack 3),pls share the step by step procedure and precautions to be taken before,also could be better if you give any video link for the visual understanding.
Just fyi..I have downloaded auto-loader stl-100 of 1.3GB in my lap with much patience but post download completion couldn't find .exe/7Z file in lap ,don't know that where it has gone...!!!

hi, i bought bb z10 from dubai and i used three months there. i came home country (india) my bb working in good condition three months unfortunately one day there is no coming net work coverage. i went bb store. he told me this phone not recognized in india and returned dubai and show the bb store he told this is motherboard problem . like this phone not working other countries. sim band problem

I am using Blackberry Z10 for last four months. Three months it worked perfect and i amazed. But last one month Battery always shows 100% it not reducing but any time it switch off. I formatted my phone too but problem continues. Please tell me to solve this issue. But phone works well.

i had recently purchased this smartphone and am totally disappointed with the battery backup. From day one the moment the charger is removed from the phone the becomes dead. The dealer had advised me to download the software and try but inspire of this here is no improvement. Can somebody suggest how to come out of thisone whom to approach in the company.

Its annoying especialy wh... morei face the same problema, and i got my Z10 over 12 month and still did not see the option to take off that sound. because of that i before make a call i use de volume key to mínimo sound (off)them i make the call and then put it on the normal place the volume on the phone afther the call is over

and if you want use debrick then you need to download sachis app to install Debrick. this will be safest one because this will not delete existing settings or application/ games etc..

How can u switch off the dialpad. Its annoying especialy when u wnt to make call or dialing some numbers because its not in settings hw can your forget that setting pls help

Also if there is a bug etc they set it right you need not worry. Also you can revert to original firmware, so just go ahead. Best wishes.

Thanx Atul for helping me but once I open the BlackBerry empire Z10 stl 100-1 comes below that debrick core os and radio comes. below that non verizon devices come followed by debrick and core os.Then radio and verizon devices comes followed by Aotoloaders BitCasa where all model no. r given..So please tell me what should I exactly follow to download 10.3 Update..

if you try to install wrong version on your phone, installation will not move forward and installation will halt down and mobile will restart with existing version.
but there are chances that leaked version may have bugs and some functionality may not work.
so call is yours...
