Did u not find any service centers (in this case it's not ebay who's at fault) or did service center denied warranty (if so then why)

AnonD-274593, 17 Sep 2014Plz once factory reset your phone problem will be solved...I've tried already almost 3x to reset in a manufacturer setting but still there is no sound on the speaker of my BB Z10 unit. Only headset has a sound.
