If you go to the service centre they will run a software update because they think that all the problems of their phones are because of the software. They will simply waste your time. Just go there, speak to them in an angry mode they might apply to the factory for a replacement unit.

Hi, im facing a problem with my z10 mic. When I call to my friend they can't hear me but I can hear them, and if I put on the loudspeaker then only they can hear me.... I check the mic through voice comand , it works Preety good. Can anyone tell me what's happening with my z10????

I m not new with z10, using since 2013.. I just change the color and damn it's the dumbest decision I have made in my life
this time I m screwed any help would be appreciated mr atul, in next comment I will let u now the apps which consuming more battery but I found major just pim and system

[deleted post]okay, go to device manager and check which app / service consuming more CPU.
Check consumption of PIM service, most probably it would be above 30%. if this is true than delete all your account eg: email, facebook, twitter, evernote etc. restart the device and then add accounts slowly gap of few hours.
let me know what happens...
