Dear Mr atul.
I am facing too much heat at the back of z10, I updated my phn through autoloader but no luck. In device monitor pim services using 40% battery at each charge, what should I do it's very annoying for me as it's consuming battery even I do not use.

Guys for past two weeks my Z10 just heats up even if im not using it, i can feel the heat from the pocket and it drains the battery. i have deleted some apps but the problem persists... i bought it im March this year and its the first time im having a problem.... Please help!!!

my phone is getting switched off automatically nd doesnt gets on untill i connect it to charger .. then it shows 0 % battry thn aftr 5 mins it shows 30 % .. then aftr half or one hour it do charging and this is happening again and again. very poor performance.
as i buy online so seller warrenty, plz suggest what to do

Battery sucks bad, maybe its due to the update. hopefully it will be fixed in the next update. otherwise its a really good phone.
p.s: you can also install android apps and they work flawlessly.

yash, 14 Aug 2014will you people recommend z10 to me?? plz commentYa i must recommend you for it. The only disadvantage of this phone is it drains battery quickly at the time of browsing, other wise there is no single issue of this phone. So go for it. Believe me its far better than laggy Android.

one important thing is you will not face issue like virus and malware on blackberry phones like you face on any other phones...

and people are using 5S happily.
battery problem is mobile industry wide problem it is not only with Z10 or any handset specific problem.

and that is going to be there because it cross platform.
on application fornt almost all applications available on blackberry but some games you may not find on blackberry.
y'day i had downloaded Hot wheels track builder from Amazon it is working fantastically on my Z10.

take battery out for 10 15 mins and then put it back.
this should solve the problem.

Hopefully i will get it by this week. I think this issue is only with online purchased handsets which are cheaper by rs 2000 or 3000. Did u purchse online?
