I'm new in blackberry..but using it I thing it is far better smart phone comparing with orther brands its battery life is superb n 2 gb ram with internal 16 gb memory its too fast..but I don't no how to create blackberry I'd we can use previous email adress or have to make new one..or make any credit a/c I can't create my blackberry I'd plz help...

I think... moreThe hardware is working properly, then yeah, it's a software issue.
Even if it's showing you max. 92%, your battery might be fully charged.
Wait for 10.3. It's speculated to roll out in september. Most probably, it will be fixed.
