i've a BlackBerry Z10 & its very good and wonderful device.. i just love it..its camera,battery life also superb.... very handy and solid device...thanks BlackBerry...

if the z10 supported the blackberry internet service it would be the best handset on the market right now

Please go to device manager > CPU > then check which application consume more CPU and also check battery tab.
thorugh which you will come to know which app consume more CPU and battery. remove that app then check.
this should solve the problem.
this generally happens with new Mobile or after re-installation of the OS. but it get settle down in 3 4 days.
and yes there is bug for battery related issues. but nothing to worry.it doesnt harm your phone or battery. bb is working to sort that bug..

I charge my bb10 lastnyt.it sucesfuly full battery around 11pm. But when i was wake up around 3am. My phone is a half bar of battery and its so hot! The back n the front. I dnt know what happen is it grounded? Then around 6am its totaly empty:( dnt know what to do:(

Hi,I see so many complanes here on BB,why is that,see people bought phone that not sure this made by BB,some one got bad battery,some one has no experience with smart phone,some one just BB haters who dosNT USE BB PHONE and hate it,see android lovers here as well,dont blame BB in every thing happened to you or your phone.If I have great experience with Z10dont blame me buying the phone according my post,or you think people dont buy faulty iphone or android,you just used to see-android has virus not stable,android cost with the same specie one fit under cloud the same iphone,so BB gave us great phone,great price,security,new OS,enjoy.
By the way mostly happy Z10 owner dosnt post here,they just use it,heavy user got spare battery,light user happy with what he got,like me,love it.In case you dont like it,in free world,you have choice,sell it.

I had the same issue with my Z10 and it got resolved the moment i inserted a new battery
And people, Every device, including Samsung's , Nokia's , Sony's......have faults. Please dont brag here about your device not functioning properly.
I can bring tons of faults in other's too!
Think practically!
Just bcos you have used all other brands and they never malfunctioned dosnt mean that BlackBerry is *SHIT*. It was your good luck in the past that you dint encounter a faulty piece

One suggestion for you, take backup of contacts and do security wipe.
even after that you face the problem, let me know or visit Blackberry service center.
you had bad experience that doesn't mean ever one would face same problem..

if you don't like information i am passing then just ignore it.
but don't blame me.
