i had used earlier android , Nokia lumia right from 520 to 925. After them i bought Blackberry Z10. Now what to say , this phone is so....oooo good that one becomes addicted to . It is buttery smooth. I have found it faster than samsung note 3. Note 3 was struggling to open the map on 3g from the same pservice provider . Z10 on the other hand was giving a very smooth voice navigation.I am so impressed that I bought Z30 also. But I am going to retain the Z10 as second phone . Its a serious phone , strongly recommended.

Hi Champ,
The same problem for me as well. purchased 2 months back and visited service center 4 times till now due to different issues.
1) Not opening even any single application even camera & contacts also.
2) Not charging fully beyond 83%, automatic switch off.
3) Hanging issues.
Could you please tell me how to proceed for replacement of new BB Z10. They are saying "No replacement and No return money except service"
The Very very Worst phone. Pathetic mobile in the world is BB Z10.

Hi friends, Don't purchase Z10. If you purchase, you have to run through behind service center.
I will give guarantee that, you will face at least any One problem with Z10 within 1 month.

I have used brands like Samsung(young) Sonyericsson(Ray) Nokia(5800/6120) Motorola and some other brands. Currently using BlackBerry z10, I'll give 200 out of 100 for this phone. Only phone I really appreciate for design OS performance and etc.
I recommend this phone to anyone who looking for privacy stylish user friendly and reasonable price.
I just love this phone so much, trust me once u got this u won't even think about any other brand phones.
PS: people who love apple products but cannot afford that much cost.. this is the phone for u :)

zahra, 11 Aug 2014hi Mr.atul did u use z30?is it faster than z10?im worry abo... moreZ30 is a little bit faster than the z10. But when running native BlackBerry 10 apps, you won't notice the change. Z30 has a quad core GPU, so gaming is better on the z30.
It all depends on your needs.
z10 stl-001) indian version has a texas instruments processor, whereas z30 has a snapdragon processor.

bb z10 is quite cool. aside from bbm. you can also install Skype viber wechat and a lot of games.

about s/w, all blackberry applications works well, but some of android app doesn't work properly. but blackberry is working on runtime to perform android app better.
you can download android apps from Amazon store and from SNAP app, but from Google play store you can not directly download, you need to download on android device first and transfer .apk file to blackberry device. then run from file manager.

I found Hardware specification is equal to I phone 5S.
in all sense Z10 is best cost, size, h/w, performance etc.
my recommendation Z10 to Z3 ( if can put 3k more)

How about the battery? My orig. Battery everytime i use games my battry gt drain past. I buy new 1 not orig. Blackberry battery. I buy msm brand. But still the same. :

BlackBerry Messenger is better.
I have uninstalled my viber and whatsapp and had my real contacts (not acquaintances) sign up with BBM. It is more secure and more private.
