My phone does not relate the number from an sms with the call number despite having saved the number in the phone book. How do I make my phone detect all the names and numbers? Pliz dont tell me about the link option coz ave got hundreds of contacts.

the worst phn i evr gt, it has so many problmes, in 3 months i have to visit to service center 3 times, nw finally i have given for replacement.already 10 days has passed.

Hi finally bought my z10 stl 100-3 lte snapdragon version in Mumbai works like a charm...having used android for 3 years luvin d blackberry os...
pure multitasking
excellent camera
headphones are crap bought skull candy and now seems good
Battery is OK for moderate use no heating issues on my version...
Loving the BlackBerry hub
P.s be one plz recommend to go for software update its available on Vodafone Mumbai or I'm keen for 10.3

The main reason I prefer z10 is its internal storgae. Z10 has 16gb internal memory whereas z3 has only 8. Also, z10 has a superior camera (both front and back).

There are alternatives available for BlackBerry World but No google play store.
You cannot install google services on any blaclberry 10 device.
The best alternatives available are : Amazon App store.
BlackBerry will soon roll out amazon app store officially in 10.3 update.
Till then you can download it manually

bunny, 09 Aug 2014I am using this phone from 35 days I get problem relating b... moreIts the battery caliberation issue....what is suppose to be done ..is let the phone goes to 0%..and the charge it from the external source like laptop using usb..it will take time ..but it will fix this issue..
if you still facing the issue..only option is take backup and reload the software(which is rare)

Software is fine..but need to make sure you download third party apps from the right source.Camera is nice but low light images are average..
Blackberry is a great phone..the OS is different from android which is much better if you are bored of android phones..this is a perfect phone if u need a change from boring androids and ios./
