Atul, you need to press and hold the video download link then when the popup menu comes in the side you might see a download linked option, although there is not a description of the menu, you can hold them and get the menu names and save the video.

Nmn, 09 Jul 2014Hi, I got an OS update two days back "10.2.1.2977"... morethis is SAD that memory data got deleted, believe me I have BB 10 OS at least 50 times on my Z10 with memory card intact but never faced such issue.
I would suggest take back up by link and do security wipe. this should resolve all your problem.

Please tell me how to download a movie or a small video in the Bb Browser. it gives an option to save image when viewing an image. Nut when watching a video or a song, it doesnt gives an option to save the video.

i bought it few days back and battery takes a long time to charge and discharges fast. Is it beacause the set is new and will be fine after few days?
The OS is really amazing. dont even wish to go back to Android or IOS. i hope BB churns out another classy in coming days.
Not all the android apps work. And Most of the apps in BB world are paid.
Does the phone has a system through which i can hide files/ documents so that another person cannot access the same. Pls advise.

Hi, I got an OS update two days back "10.2.1.2977". after updating, all the data in my memory card got wiped off and I am unable to play youtube videos both in browser and Supertube/fasttube apps, it's showing as "Error1: Internal" I tried rebooting but the problem is still there. Does anyone faced the same problem. Please suggest me a way to get rid of this problem. Appreciate your help.

Had been using since 1month battery backup isnt that gud for heavy users.. i took it frm snapdeal. Hw can i claim warrenty? Inside box i dint find any warrenty papers as like other phones. Guys help me out thnx

I am writing this review about Z10 after using it for exactly 30 days.
First of all, before getting into the specs and everything about the phone, let me tell you all that this is my FIRST BLACKBERRY device and I am very much impressed about everything in this device. Now a quick review about the features in this device.
Note : This is my first review about a phone. So please bear the way of summing up the points.
-> Screen and Display
The screen size is 4.2" and it is quite big, looks like a big phone and the width is also great. All I can say its a beauty to this phone. The display is quite amazing given the brightness seems little dull than the other phones but does a great job and makes sure the screen is viewable in any time of a day.
-> LED and notifications
The LED has always been a mark in blackberry. I am quite impressed personally with the LED blinking rather in other phones every time a notification appears the phone screen lightens up while this LED i find great.
-> Camera
The camera in Z10, primary is 8MP , which takes decent pictures and video capture is also quite good. In 1080p, the capture is good. It is worth buying. The secondary camera is 2MP , which is also great in video calling.
-> Keypad
This is one of the best highlights of Z10. The device mainly is based on the user gestures. So the keypad comes up with the next word guess you might type and you can just swipe and bring it up. For guys with more social activities this feature is very good. Impressed.
-> Battery and charge
Battery is something which everyone looks for when buying a phone. The Z10 is powered up with 1800 mAH battery which is less and you gotta keep it charged. Turning off internet, wifi, apps etc when not in use can save.
-> Internet, Browser and Connectivity
The browser in Z10 in my view is very good. The zoom-in of pages is very good, quick double tap will zoom the page enough for the user to view.
The browsing speed is obviously based on your network carrier. About the connectivity for wifi hotspot you have added options such as timeout.
-> Apps & Games
The Apps and games in BB Z10 are less but the daily use apps are available such as Whatsapp, Viber etc. Games like Temple Run OZ are paid (*duh*). About the app store BB has to improve. Added advantage is you can install Android Applications, just download 1Mobile Market app and download any android app and and it will install.
-> Memory and Storage
The RAM in Z10 is 2GB, which performs and it is a multi tasking beast. The storage capacity is 16GB internal which is impressive and 64GB external storage.
Finally few cons :
1. There is no back or home button, every time you need to swipe up and close the App.
2. Battery could have been more powerful.
Final Verdict : If you want to try something else than Android or Windows go for this phone.

Great Phone with great features.
I have previously used iPhone,Blacberry 9xxx and Samsung Android phones.I was little but skeptic about this Blackberry.But, after using a month, I am saying.. This is awesome phone. Awsome operating system.Far better than samsung and much features than iOS. i love this phone..
