After all the negative replies on this phone I'm kind of unsure about this phone. There is a lot of things that just made this phone the best to choose. I'm going to upgrade next week. Would you still recommend this phone?

My BlackBerry Z10 gets too hot while using simple applications like Facebook or what's app etc.. sometimes it gets hot without using in my pocket.. is there any solution to bring device to normal heat??? Plz help

Keep the birghtenss at 50%, swtich off the wifi and bluetooth & NFC when not using, this would help to save battery, you can charge battery fast, switch to flight mode while charging the phone,
one good news for you,
blackberry is coming up with two new features with 10.3, 1) wake up on lift 2) put the surface down on flat surface, that will save battery consumption.

rubbish phone and board , i was one of the fans of blackberry since 6 years having just blacking phones no other brands but really when i bought the z10 after 9 months the phone stopped working suddenly and froze on 100% no solution , they said the board gone and i found many of friends having the same issue with no solution , i through it for 0$ after buying it at 550$ . i was so excited to buy the z30 but now sure not , i am going to samsung ... damn you blackberry !!!
